Chloe has not had a particularly interesting life to date. She likes parties and boys. She managed to get herself into a love triangle with Phil Berry because while Nicola was away in the USA in July 2001, Chloe got involved with Phil and he didn't know what to do to get out of it. Things were not helped when Minty announced that HE was going out with Chloe in order to hide details of DJ gigs from Des. Never mind love triangles, this lot got themselves in a love pentagon!
Since Tom moved to Manchester, Chloe had been doing most of the donkey work at the King's Oak Café. The new owner, Dave Stocks (father of Mandy), seems to want as little to do with it as possible. Chloe can also be found hanging out with Nicola Russell, her best friend. She has told him to pull his weight with no success - he repaid her with a tap on the backside. She threatened to sue him for sexual harrassment over that.
When Josh and Steve arrived, Chloe was not happy with them because they took a stolen car and wrapped it round a lamppost in the King's Oak car park. Her opinion of them lowered evey further when Josh touched Nicola and blackmailed her not to go to the police.
Up for it and very outgoing, Chloe is the typical teenager in Kings Oak. Having just completed GCSEs with 2 B's, 5 C's and 2 D's, she has now left school. She is a brainy girl and has been dated by numerous boys, including the less-than-popular Sean who roughed her up. Rocky was walking past and saved her from what could have been a worse situation. She has now moved to Tenerife for a new job and a new life. Nicola wanted to go but bottled out.
Best friends with Nicola Russell, she used to date her current boyfriend but it didn't work out. If there's a party or a chance to get out and actually "do" something vaguely more interesting than work, she'll take it. She means no harm (just a bit of harmless fun) but can be swayed easily by Nicola (it's a girl thing, apparently). Was involved in the love triangle between Phil and Nicola and came off worse.
Chloe applied for the position of manager of the cafe when Tom left but was refused. In her eyes the cafe under Dave Stocks is going to go under and she doesn't like the way he does business at all. When Dave and Oona were talking about cutting costs they suggested firing Chloe but she was leaving anyway for her new job in Tenerife.
