Geoff Tibball's Crossroads Book (see here @ Amazon.co.uk) is a good book for Crossroads fans, in particular Mark I of the show. The only problem is that it is not "complete" as of today - it has absolutely no Mark III references whatsoever, for example.
Until today. As you can see from the sample on the right, Planet has produced a downloadable file that you can print out onto A4 paper and put in the back of Mr Tibball's book (if you have a copy) to supplement it. Don't worry if you haven't as it stands up well on its own :) Planet's file, built from various sources including Planet, is a detailed look at the events and quotes leading up to Mark III of Crossroads and its demise. This is your opportunity to bring your Crossroads book bang up to date. You will need the free Acrobat/Adobe Reader program (preferably v5 or later) installed to be able to view this document. Most magazine cover CDs will have a copy, or you can always download it. The BBC has details on Webwise - see here and follow the links for Acrobat. Please Note: This is an unofficial on-line publication to supplement Geoff Tibball’s “Crossroads: Past and Present” book (ISBN: 1842223917), available at all good outlets. This document is not to be sold (for cash or otherwise) as being part of the official Crossroads book, nor is it to be endorsed as being officially-sourced. Download Now - 547k. |
