"Previously on Crossroads"
-Patty, Angel's mother, arrived at Crossroads. She warned Max that
Angel and Jonathan were meant to be and she would see to it and also
warned Kate she would make sure Angel won Jonathan.
-Both Sylvia Roberts and Patty Maynard found out about Max's murder
of Jenny
-Ethan Black ordered Honey to poison Jimmy but she couldn't go
through with it.
-The fashion show was a great success and it brought Kate &
Jonathan, old flames, together.
-Rio decided to leave Kings Oak after finding out that Scott had
kissed Cameron
-Tracey phoned Jake to ask him to come back. Jake later rang Kate to
tell her he would be returning next week.

In the Samson's apartment Patty was on the phone.
"I want to hire an escort. Yes that's right for Max Samson. He lives
and works at the Crossroads Hotel. Yes I don't want you to make it
too obvious. That's right it's a test" Patty put the phone down. "A
test he can't pass" She smiled as she went over to a side table and
poured a drink. She looked up into a small mirror. "Cheers Patty"
She smiled and then went back to the sofa to drink her wine.
Suddenly the banged open and Angel rang in.
"Angel dear whatever is the matter?"
"Its Jonathan. He doesn't want me he wants Kate"
Angel was in tears and went over to the drinks table and poured her
self a brandy and sat down besides her mother.
"I'm sure that's not true dear"
"He told me so. I was stupid ever to think he wanted me. I should
never have listen to you"
"Angel dear he loves you. It's that Kate she's got her claws into
him. She's planning to play Max and Jonathan off against each other"
"Kate may be many things mother but cunning isn't one of them. She
hasn't got the intelligence to plan something like that" Angel
finished her drink and was starting to stop crying.
"Perhaps but Kate Russell always was a devious cow. You've got to
make sure she doesn't win Angel. Otherwise you'll lose everything
and gain nothing"

Down in the bar Tracey was standing at the bar. There were few
customers and Tracey was just standing bored. The phone rang and she
went over to answer it.
"Crossroads Bar. Yes its Tracey Booth. What?? Yes okay and where,
Yes I know it" Tracey put the phone down and smiled. Belle came over.
"You look happy considering there's no one here"
"I've just got a date"
"Lucky you. I wish I could everyone around here is married, in a
relationship or gay"
Tracey and Belle laugh as Belle nods over at Vince who is talking to
Virginia at the reception.
"Well why don't you join a dating agency. Me and Helen did and thats
how I got the date. Why don't you give them a ring?"
"You know I might just do that. By the way where's the date"
"Tomorrow at the Cat in the Moon"
"Well good luck" Belle smiled and then headed over to Betty's
office. Tracey got out her mirror and re-applied her lipstick.

Scott and Cameron were walking down the street, coming home from
school. They were both laughing as they turned a corner and Rio
bumped into them. Scott and Cameron stopped laughing.
"Gee don't let me stop you two love birds"
"Just drop it Rio" Scott replied.
"Whatever Scotty darling" Rio said mockingly "Just thought I'd let
you know I'm leaving on Friday"
"Where are you going?" Cameron asked.
"Back to the states. But before I'll go you'll be seeing a lot more
of me"
"What do you mean?" Cameron asked.
"You don't really think I'm going leave and let you two get away
with making me look a fool? You're going to pay Scott Booth"
Rio pushed through Scott and Cameron and walked off down the street.
Cameron and Scott watched her as she left.
"What do you think she'll do?" Cameron said.
"I don't know but you can bet she'll make our lives hell before she
leaves"

"Hey Mum" Helen said as she walked over to the reception desk. Honey
was hard at working typing away as Virginia started to talk to Helen.
"Hello Helen dear. How are you?"
"Not too bad what with Rio's bombshell. I've tried talking to her
but she won't listen."
"Well after being dumped by Scott I can hardly blame her for wanting
to get away"
"Yeah has she told you what happened between them two"
"No just that they broke up. Why has she told you?"
"No and that worries me. There's something more to it than that.
Anyway what have you got Rocky for his birthday?"
Virginia looked horrified and her mouth practically dropped.
"Mum you haven't forgotten have you?"
"Well er what with the fashion show and everything..."
"Mum he'll be devastated good job its next Friday. You still have
time. Go out now and get something Honey will cover won't you?"
"Yeah sure" Honey said as she looked up.
"Thank god you reminded me Helen. I could never forgive myself
otherwise" Virginia said as she grabbed her bag and headed out of
the Hotel. Helen quickly followed her. The lifts opened and Jonathan
and Kelly got out and walked into the reception area. Kelly was
carrying a suitcase.
"There's no point in me staying here now the fashion show is over.
I'll go back and London and run things from there until you come
back"
"I might be a time. There are some things I need to sort out here
first, loose ends"
"Well I can cope. I'll ring you if there's any problem. Oh by the
way did you enjoy the candle light dinner with Kate? Kelly said
smiling.
"Yes I did" Jonathan replied.
"In that case you better get back to her. I can sign out perfectly
well on my own." Kelly headed over to the Reception desk. Jonathan
smiled and then walked back into the lifts and pressed the button
for level one. Kelly got to the reception desk and placed her
suitcase on the floor.
"I want to sign out," She said.
"Certainly" Honey said as she got some papers for Kelly to sign.

In the Cat in the Moon Oona and Dave were very busy serving
customers.
"See I told you Oona love that the happy hour would work"
"Eye but you didn't tell me you gave Helen the night off" Oona said
ass she turned to serve the nest customer. "Yes love how can I help
you?"
"Oh we're looking for the Crossroads Hotel," The woman said.
"Staying there are we?" Oona replied.
"Yes that's right" The woman said. "Have you heard of it?"
"Oh yeah we've heard of it love. I wouldn't go there if I were you.
Only last week they pulled a dead cat out of one of the freezers.
And last year they had rats you know"
The woman looked slightly concerned. "Oh I heard it came highly
recommended"
"Nah love. Only if you like London Zoo. If I were you I would go
somewhere else"
The woman smiled. "Thank you" She said as she left the pub. Oona
smiled to her self. Dave came over to talk to Oona.
"Oona love what did you go and say that for?"
"If that woman thinks I'm going to stop at a cat fight to make her
pay for Sable's murder then she has another thing coming."
"Yeah but saying stuff like that, she could sue us for slander"
"Oh Dave she'll never know and she won't be able to prove it"

Belle walked into the Kitchens smiling. Vince noticed and came over.
"And who has put a smile on your face then? Do tell," He said.
"No one. I've just joined up at a dating agency"
"Oh not another one! Helen and Tracey have both done signed up as
well."
"Yeah it was Tracey that convinced me. You know you should sign up.
You never know you might meet your Prince Charming"
"Don't be so daft. Why on earth would I want to sign up for a dating
agency?"
Vince walked off and Belle smiled as she picked up a tray, full of
food, and walked out of the kitchens but nearly bumps into Lola who
is returning with an empty tray.
"Where you going with that?" Lola asked.
"They guy in room 102 wants a late night snack"
"Snack he's got enough there to feed an army"
"Well I did see one or two other people enter the room" Lola and
Belle laughed. Belle continued to walk out of the kitchens and Lola
walked into the kitchen. She placed her tray down and then walked
over to her usual work place. Danny came over.
"What were you and Belle laughing at then?"
"Nothing" Lola replied.
"Lola have I done something wrong? I thought we were..." Danny
places his hand on Lola face but she immediately removes it.
"Well you thought wrong then didn't you?"

Phil was sitting in her room when there was a knock at the door. She
got up to answer it.
"Carl!" Phil smiled and they both hugged. "Come in".
Carl walked in and Phil closed the door behind him.
"Is there anything wrong?" Phil asked, looking slightly worried.
"No it's about what you were saying the other day. About standing by
me"
"Yeah"
"Well I was thinking of getting counseling. I was wondering if you
would come with me, to support me"
"Of course I will" Phil smiled and the two hugged again. "It's a
great idea and I'll be with you every step of the way. No matter
what"

Patty walked up a driveway. It was dark and the house she was
approaching only had one light on. She walked up and knocked on the
door. After a few moments the door opened and Sylvia Roberts was
behind it. Sylvia looked slightly surprised to see Patty.
"Patty Maynard whatever do you want? This must be a month for the
seeing faces of the Samson family"
"I've come here about Jenny"
"In that case you better come in"
Sylvia led Patty into the living room.
"What do you know about Jenny's disappearance?"
"Before I tell you there's one thing. I want you're help to destroy
Max Samson and Kate Russell"
"Kate Russell whatever for?"
"She's become a problem in my plan. Do you agree?"
Sylvia considered for a moment and then nodded.
"Max killed Jenny"
"Yes I know. Ethan Black told me"
Patty looked slightly shocked at the information.
"What does he know about it?"
"I don't know but he plans to use the information to destroy the
Samson family and in my book that's not a bad idea. Hopefully he'll
start with you. If that's all?"
"But.."
"But nothing. Good night Patty safe journey back to hell" Sylvia
practically forced Patty out of the living room and into the hall
and then into the street.

Honey was walking down a street in Kings Oak when she suddenly
became aware she was being followed. She stopped and looked behind
her but there was no one there. She smiled and then turned to walk
forward and then screamed. Ethan Black stood in front of her.
"Jimmy isn't dead. Pity really Nicola will just have to replace him
at the graveyard"
Honey looked terrified and had tears in her eyes.
"What have you done with her?"
"Nothing yet but I don't make threats for long. She sends her love
by the way"
Ethan laughed as he pulled out a photo from his pocket. "Oh and this"
He showed Honey the picture, it was of Nicola tied up and gagged
with Ethan standing beside her with a knife to her neck. Honey
screamed and threw the photo back at Ethan. She turned to run but
Ethan grabbed her and pulled out a knife and placed it at her neck.
"I want Jimmy Samson dead. And then you'll kill Ryan otherwise nice
little Nicola will end up dead. I'll destroy the Samson's with or
without your help. But without you help means I'll have to silence
Nicola and off course you, my dear!"
