"Previously on Crossroads"
-Tracey's blind date canceled on her
-Rio decided she wanted to leave Kings Oak but told Cameron and
Scott she would make them pay for making her look a fool
-Patty tried to set Max up with an Escort but he failed to be
tempted.
-Virginia nearly forgot about Rocky's birthday
-Honey failed to poison both Jimmy and Ryan and left Crossroads in
tears. However, Ethan Black followed her and kidnapped her.

Honey and Nicky were in the back of Ethan's van. Both were crying
and both look terrified as the van shuddered to a halt. Both backed
away from the door as it opened and Ethan appeared looking inside.
"Isn't this a touching re-union" He said laughing. "Mother and
daughter re-unite away from the evil ex husband"
"What has happened to Gary?" Honey cried out.
"He's been dealt with. If you're expecting help you can forget it.
Now get out!" Honey and Nicky looked at each other and then climbed
out.
"What are you going to do?" Honey asked.
"What I promised to do if you failed." Ethan pushed Nicola and Honey
into his house.

Patty was in the Samson's apartment on the phone talking to her
escort friend.
"Failed. But it couldn't off. He's about as faithful as Jeffery
Archer." Patty was livid that her plan had failed. "You can forget
it. He passed the test and he wasn't meant to. You'll get the money
when I have some photos of him being unfaithful" Patty slammed the
phone down. Just then Angel walked back into the apartment.
"Everything alright dear" Patty said in a totally different tone of
voice.
"No. That receptionist girl, Honey"
"Oh Jimmy's girl. What about her?" Patty said.
"She has just tried to poison Ryan and Jimmy. At first I thought it
was for the money but now I'm not sure. It has Ethan Black written
all over it"
"Ethan Black" Patty said speaking under her breath.

Honey and Nicola were asleep in a room in Ethan's house. It was
night and Ethan crept into the room and sat by Honey. He started to
stroke her hair and Honey's eyes flashed open as she looked at
Ethan. She was clearly frightened.
"It didn't have to be like this" He said. Honey was gagged and
couldn't speak but she was clearly frightened. "If you only done
what I said. Now not only will Jimmy and Ryan die but also Nicola."
Nicola was still asleep and unaware what was happening. Ethan looked
over at her. "Its a shame" He continued. "She's just like her
mother. Beautiful, smart, attractive" He said as he turned his
attention back to her mother. "But she doesn't know how to full
orders. Like mother like daughter" He smiled and Honey.
"And poor Jimmy will never know how much you loved him." Ethan
continued as Honey's eyes widened. ":Oh I've been watching you
Honey. I know that's why you haven't killed him. Misled loyalty to
him over me" Ethan started to stroke Honey's hair again as Honey
started to cry. Ethan removed her gag so she could speak.
"Please Ethan. Let Nicola go"
"She wouldn't be here if it weren't for you. If you killed Jimmy
like I said then Nicola wouldn't be sleeping for the final time"
Honey was still crying as Ethan smiled.
"Please she hasn't done anything. Let her go please Ethan. I tried,
I poured the poison into Ryan and Jimmy's drinks but Max called them
away" Honey struggled to speak as she was still crying. Nicola was
starting to wake up.
"I'll think about it" Ethan said as he removed Nicola's gag. He went
back to Honey and kissed her on the lips before walking off towards
the door.
"Don't let the bed bugs bite" He said, laughing, as he closed the
door and locked it. Honey crawled over to Nicola to try to comfort
her as she also began to cry as a thunderstorm began to start.

It was Friday morning at Crossroads. Virginia and Rocky walked
across the car park as the early morning birds sang away. The
thunderstorm was over but there were puddles in the car park.
Virginia and Rocky avoided them and walked into Crossroads. Virginia
took over from one of the other receptionists and started to get to
work, while Rocky went into his office. Max came out of the lifts
and walked over to the reception.
"Virginia. Honey will no longer be working for us. I have organized
a temporary receptionist until I can find something more permanent"
"Yes Mr. Samson" Virginia replied.
Just then a teenager walked over to the reception. She was poorly
dressed for the occasion with a mini skirt.
"Hi I'm Chloe. The agency sent me"
Virginia looked very shocked and disapproving at Chloe.
"The agency sent you!" Virginia said. "I hardly think you're
appropriate for a hotel like Crossroads"
"She'll do for now Virginia." Max said as he walked off.
Virginia smiled at Max as he left and then returned her attention to
Chloe.
"Well you better come over and start then. I take it you can use a
computer"
"Er well I had a playstation once"
Virginia rolled her eyes as Chloe came to the other side of the
Reception. Rocky came out of his office with a cup of tea for
Virginia.
"There you go Virginia"
"Oh thank you Rocky. This is Chloe, a temporary replacement for
Honey"
"Hi" Chloe said as she looked at Rocky and then started to tap away
on the keyboard. She clearly didn't know what she was meant to be
doing. Patty, who was looking at a map she was holding near the bar,
came over to the reception.
"Virginia if Angel wants me will you tell her I'm out seeing an old
friend" Patty said to Virginia while eying up Rocky.
"Certainly" Virginia said. Rocky smiled at Patty as he went back to
his office.
"Who was he?" Patty asked. Virginia had seen Patty eyeing up Rocky
and was outraged.
"Spoken for" Virginia replied. "You may be Mrs. Samson's mother but
that doesn't mean you can walk in here and steal other people's
partners"
"Cool it Vin he's only a man" Chloe replied.
Patty chuckled to her self as she walked off. Virginia looked
angrily at Chloe.
"It's Mrs. Raven to you."

Honey and Nicola were sitting in darkness at Ethan's Home. Black
curtains had now covered up the window and very little light was
getting in. Ethan opened the door and some light came in as he
walked in.
"Morning ladies, I've brought you some food"
"You expect us to eat that." Honey said looking at the food.
"Why ever not" Ethan replied.
"Because it's probably poisoned." She replied. Ethan laughed but
turned around in slight shock as he heard someone knocking at the
front door. "That's probably Jimmy" Honey said.
"Good I get to kill three birds with one stone" Ethan said laughing.
He walked out of the room and closed the door.
"What is he going to do to us" Nicola asked looking at the food
Ethan had left.
"I don't know dear"

Virginia was sitting in the staff room reading the Times and
drinking some tea when Betty walked in.
"The new receptionist is destroying those computers on reception"
Betty commented as she walked over to her a drink.
"Well tell Mr. Samson he got her."
"Well where is Honey?" Betty said as she sat down on the sofa
drinking some coffee.
"I haven't a clue. Mr. Samson said she was no longer working for us.
May I suggest that you deal with bed sheets and pillow cases and
leave Mr. Samson to do his work and me to run the reception."
Virginia said.
"I would let you run reception Virginia if you were there"
"Well" Virginia replied.
"Its just that by the time you manage to get back to running the
reception there won't be that much of it left!" Betty commented.
Virginia got up in a huff and walked out. Betty smiled and went over
to the table to read the paper left behind by Virginia.

Ethan walked down his hallway and answered the door and was
surprised at the person standing on his doorstep.
"Patty Maynard do come in," Ethan said as Patty stepped
inside. "Today gets better and better" He said as Patty walked down
the hallway.

Rio was waiting outside Crossroads. She was sitting by the fountain
in her normal clothes waiting for Scott and Cameron. Scott came out
of the hotel with Cameron not far behind him. Both saw Rio and both
looked uneasy as she walked over.
"You two are always together." She said.
"What do you want Rio?" Cameron said.
"Gee isn't that obvious? Seeing as I'm leaving today I wanted to
wish you two all the best"
"Yeah right Rio" Scott replied.
"Sure believe what you want Scott. Like I said I'm going to make
you're lives hell and I'll be coming back just as soon as mum will
have me."
"She'll be lucky to get rid" Cameron replied.
Rio produced a copy of yesterday's local paper.
"I would look in the announcements page if I were you. See you
later" Rio said as she walked into the Hotel. Scott and Cameron
looked at announcement page. One of the announcements read:
"Scott Booth and Cameron York would like to announce their
engagement"

"What can I do for you Patty?" Ethan said, sitting in a leather
chair in the library.
"Max Samson. I want you to get rid of Max Samson"
Ethan looked interested at Patty's statement "Why?"
"Because I don't want my daughter married to him. For reasons you
know"
"Jenny" Ethan said.
"I don't want my daughter married to a murderer"
"So who do you want your daughter married to?"
"Jonathan Price"
Ethan once again looked interested at the news. "Dear, dear, dear my
agents haven't been telling me everything. I wasn't aware he was
back. So you want Jonathan and Angel to get together, why don't you
just convince her to get a divorce?"
"Because will Angel lose out. But if Max is dead..." Patty said
cunningly.
"She gets everything. But what do I get?"
"I would have thought that was obvious. Bringing down Max Samson and
Kate"
"Kate" Ethan replied. His eyes lit up and the information. "Very
well Patty I'm listening"

"Guess what" Belle said to Tracey who was clearing some tables.
"What?"
"I've got a date. Tuesday at the Cat in the Moon" Belle replied
smiling.
"That's great."
"How did yours go anyway?"
"It didn't. He didn't turn up" Tracey said. She walked over to the
bar placing a few glasses on the table. "Still his loose"
"That's right" Belle said as she walked off to continue her work.

Rio was over at the Reception talking to Virginia and Helen.
"Are you sure you want to leave? Its not too late to change your
mind" Helen said.
"Mum there's no way I want to stay here with Scott Booth constantly
laughing behind my back. I just need to get out of here for a while"
"Why would he be laughing behind your back?" Virginia said.
"I don't want to talk about it."
"Oh come on Rio love. It will do you some good" Helen replied.
"Fine. He cheated on me with Cameron" Rio said. Helen and Virginia
looked slightly shocked at each other as Rio stormed off.
"Blimey" Helen said. "Do you think she's telling the truth?"
"Well after the childhood he'd had I wouldn't be surprised if he was
confused about who he was."

Cameron and Scott were at the green house talking.
"My mum is going to go mental when she sees it" Scott said.
"She has to find out sooner or later"
"Find out what?"
"You know what"
Scott got up and put some distance between him and Cameron.
"We've talked about this. I'm not gay"
"And you didn't kiss me, you don't fancy me and you love Rio"
"Just shut up. I'm not gay and I didn't mean to kiss you..."
Cameron got up and walked over to Scott. "Yeah I know. You were
confused. That's what I used to say"
"But you know you are gay" Scott said turning around to look at
Cameron.
"I didn't wake up one day and suddenly realize. It took a long time
before I did realize" Cameron said looking at Scott.
"When did you realize?" Scott said returning to the bench.
"A few months back. Just before I came to Kings Oak. I didn't really
have anyone to help me but you do, Scott. I'll help you"
Cameron sat back down next to Scott and placed his hand on Scott's.
Both Scott and Cameron kiss and Rio comes out of hiding a takes a
photo. Both break of the kiss and they see the flash.
"God you took long enough."
"What are you doing?" Scott said standing up.
"You're not the only one who's handy with a camera Scott. Perhaps I
should premier my photos at the Cat in the Moon" Rio said as both
Scott and Cameron looked at each worried.
"Please Rio give me the camera."
"I'll send you come copies. Goodbye Scott" Rio said as she left the
green house.

Helen, Virginia, Rocky and Rio were standing at the airport looking
at the arrivals information. Helen was crying.
"Phone me when you get there, right?" Helen said hugging Rio.
"Sure."
"I wish you weren't going" Virginia said.
"I'll be back Gran. Just as soon as I get bored with Dad's new
girlfriend" Rio said joking. There was an announcement over the
airport and Rio picked up her suitcases.
"Well that's my plane." Rio said.
"Take care" Helen, said as Rio walked off toward the check-in. Helen
was still crying and Virginia hugged Rocky as she watched Rio
disappear in the crowd.

At the Cat in the Moon Oona was filling for Helen while Dave was
watching from the bar.
"Up next folks we two Karaoke veterans singing the Final Countdown.
So give 'em a warm welcome," Oona said as two middle age men in
leather jackets got up and started to sign the crowd started to clap.

Helen, Virginia and Rocky were looking at of airport lounge as Rio's
plane took off. Helen and Virginia were both crying.

"It's the final countdown"

Ethan showed Patty out and then walked down the hall towards the
room where he had Honey and Nicola locked up. He opened the door and
smiled at Nicola and Honey as he stepped inside.

"It's the final countdown"

On another side of the airport a tall, dark haired man walked out of
the doors. And walk towards a cab rank. He was carrying a medium
size suitcase and a paper. Jake Booth opened the door to a cab and
got in.
"Crossroads Hotel-Kings Oak"

"It's the final the countdown"
